無添加で仕込んだスープです。
季節の変わり目に疲れやすい身体に優しい免疫力アップの
野菜の栄養素がたっぷりメニューです。
無添加と手作り調味料にこだわりました。

オフィスデボラでは子供支援のため、オフィスギャラリーの営業時間に、湘南食材を使ったヘルシーなランチ&デザートを1300円でお食事していただけます☺️🍽✨。
オフィスデボラはオリジナルFineジュエリーを作るメーカーですが、この働きはジュエリー販売目的で行っているのではありません。
お食事でこの企画のご支援をいただける方は、ギャラリー来訪のご予約をお願いいたします。

⭐️支援カフェは今年から
「トー横キッズ」に向けてのミニストリーを支援することになりました✨
Debolah がこの子どもたちを応援📣したい動機は.....
あらゆる理由での家族の崩壊、ネグレクトやDVなどの虐待から逃れて、
新宿の東宝ビル周辺、通称「トー横」いうこの場所は今、
居場所のない子どもたちが集まる場所になっていることを知ったからです。
⭐️トー横のこと…..
居場所のない子どもたち、小学生から20代の若者までがSNSを通じて集まるこの「トー横」では、
路上で飲酒や市販薬を含む薬物などで意識朦朧となった、未成年の子ども達が仲間で騒ぐ様が見られます。
ここには
売春や不法薬物などによる反社会勢力などの介入もあり、治安の悪さは際限がなく、
豊かな日本という印象からかけ離れた光景が見られます。
そして何よりも、大人たちの事情で子ども達が犠牲になっていることがわかるのです。
⭐️Debolahの支援カフェとは….
子ども食堂、母子支援、など様々な活動にドネーション(寄付)をする為に、
みなさまにデボラの作った食事を食べに来ていただき、お食事代を寄付として集めています。
おかずと一汁一菜、ご飯ものなどが基本の洋食、和食などの家庭料理を1300円で提供しています。
(材料費の一部として300円を引いた1000円がドネーションになります。)
ほぼ年中予約をしていただくことができ、おやすみの期間は随時SNSを通じてお知らせしています。
この様な子どもたち、トー横キッズ達一人一人に直接関わり、
子どもたちの必要を繋いで行くクリスチャンミニストリーの働きにドネーション(寄付)をします。
そして
支援カフェに来ていただくお客様へ、トー横の子どもたちの現実と、
どの様に寄付金が使われているかについてお話をしたいと思っています✨🙏

If you make a reservation for lunch, Debolah will talk to youabout the current progress regarding To-Yoko Kids support on the day.
✴︎ Chicken Balls in Tomato Sauce
Chicken meatballs stewed in tomato sauce and onions.
✴︎Greek Salad
Salad with chickpeas, bell peppers cucumbers and cottage cheese
✴︎Curry Pilaf
Curry flavored pilaf with additive-free sausage, shrimp, corn and onions
✴︎ Potage or consomme soup
Soup prepared without additives
It is a menu full of nutrients from vegetables.
We are particular about additive-free and handmade seasonings.

In order to support children, Office Debolah offers you a healthy lunch and dessert made with Shonan ingredients for 1,300 yen during the office gallery hours at our office☺️🍽✨.
Office Debolah is a maker of custom Fine jewelry, but this project is not for the purpose of selling jewelry.
If you would like to support this project with a meal, please make an appointment to visit the gallery.

⭐️Where to Support This Year
Our Support Cafeteria will be supporting the ministry to “To-Yoko Kids” this year✨.
The reason Debolah wants to support these kids📣 is because.....
We have learned that the area around the Toho Building in Shinjuku, commonly known as “To-Yoko,” is now a gathering place for children who have no place to stay, escaping from their broken home for any reason, neglect, domestic violence, and other abuses.
⭐️About To-Yoko area
In this “To-Yoko” area, children who have no place to stay, from elementary school students to young people in their 20s, gather through social networking services.
Here, underage children who have been drinking on the street or on drugs, including over-the-counter drugs, can be seen making noise with their peers.
There is no shortage of public safety, partly due to the intervention of anti-social forces and others through prostitution and illicit drugs, and the scene is certainly far from the impression of an affluent Japan.
Above all, we see children being victimized by the circumstances of adults.
⭐️About Debolah’s Support Cafeteria
We invite you to come and enjoy a meal prepared by Debolah and collect donations from the price of the meal for various activities, such as a children's cafeteria, mother-child support, and so on.
We serve Western or Japanese home-style meals for 1,300 yen, which includes a main dish, soup and rice.
( The donation is 1,000 yen, after 300 yen is deducted to cover the part of the ingredients cost).
Reservations can be made almost year-round, and we will notify you via social networking sites as to when it is closed.
Donations will be made to a Christian ministry that works directly with each of these children and helps them to fulfill their needs.
And for the guests who come to the support this cafe, we would like to talk about the reality of the To-Yoko kids and how the donations are being used ✨🙏🙏.
