Office Debolahの公式サイト&ショップです。
小さなデザイン事務所と、専門の加工工房で一点づつ丁寧にお作りしています。
30年のキャリアを持つジュエリーデザイナーDebolah がプロデュースする会社です。
TOWAERU では
お客様との信頼関係を1番に仕事を進めてまいります。

✴︎1. 商品カートでのご購入について
ショップ商品は全てカスタムオーダーになります。
ダイヤの単品ルースについても
詳細のご案内をさせていただきます。
ご購入前いただく前に、メールにて
商品のマテリアル、サイズのなど詳細のご案内をさせていただきます。
カートに入れる前にまずは

✴︎2. デザインオーダージュエリーやNewly born Jewelry (リフォーム) について
デザインオーダージュエリーやNewly born Jewelry (リフォーム)については
全てオーダーとなります。
仕上がりご納品まで、1ヶ月〜3ヶ月の期間をいただきます。

デザインのお打ち合わせイメージラフスケッチは無料です。
おおよそのデザインイメージが決まりましたら
本格的にデザイン画製図などを起こします。
デザイン画は、お客様のみならず職人との共有する原寸のものです。
詳細が分かりやすく、お客様が納得されるものを描きます。
ここからは製作着手が前提となり、デザイン料金が発生します。
最初のデザイン打ち合わせはzoomやオフィスでのご対面が基本です。
まずは(Contact us )へご連絡下さい。
デザイン製作決定後、ご購入詳細の確認について簡単な
契約書面メールと製作スケジュールをお送りいたします。
その後、カートでのご購入(カード等)、
または
お見積もり請求書での契約内容を確認いただき
3日以内のお振込みなどの
ご入金についてのお約束をさせていただきます。
ご入金確認次第、正式な製作着手となります。
✴︎3. 送料および振込手数料について
商品の発送に関しては、5万円以上の商品の送料は無料となります。
５万円以下の商品については、送料と手数料が発生します。
お振込み手数料はお客様の御負担になりますのでご了承下さい。
✴︎4. 商品の保証、修理、クリーニングについて
全ての商品、オーダーデザイン作品には
TOWAERU の保証書兼証明書 certificateをお付けします。
修理は1年保証、クリーニングは期限無しでご対応させていただきます。
事故による石の破損や、ジュエリーの破損は有償で対応致します。
ダイヤモンドのグレーディングについては
ピンクダイヤモンド全てには鑑別鑑定機関の保証書が付いています。

カラーダイヤモンドに関してはTOWAERU発行の証明書が付いていますが、
ご要望に応じて、有料にて鑑別鑑定期間の保証書をお付けすることも可能です。

オーダーデザインジュエリーの仕上がりについて
デザイン画と異なると認められる場合においては
返品と全額返金が可能です。

TOWAERU is the official website & store of Office Debolah.
We carefully create each piece of jewelry in our small design office and specialized creation studio.
The company is produced by Debolah, a jewelry designer with 30 years of experience.
At TOWAERU, we value the trust with our customers the most and proceed with our work.
For all inquiries about TOWAERU signature jewelry, loose diamonds, and custom jewelry in the store, please check the following details 🙏😌.
✴︎1. Purchasing Items from the Cart of Our Official Website ✨
All store items are custom orders.
We will inform you of the details of all items, including the single loose diamonds.
Prior to purchase, please contact us so that we will send you an email first to provide you the detailed information such as the material, size, etc. of the item.
✴︎2. Custom-Designed Jewelry and Newly Born Jewelry (Remodeling)
All custom-designed jewelry and Newly born Jewelry (remodeling) are made to order.
Please allow one to three months until delivery of finished products. (Please contact us if you are in a hurry, as we can be flexible.)
Design consultations and rough design sketches are free of charge.
Once a rough design image is determined, a full-scale design is drawn.The design drawing is the original size of the product to be shared with the craftsman as well as with the customer.
We will draw a design that is detailed and satisfactory to the customer.
From this point on, the item is assumed to be created, and a design fee will be charged.
The first design meeting is usually held via zoom or in person at our office. Please first contact us.
✴︎3. Shipping and Payment Transfer Fees
There is no shipping fee for items over 50,000 yen.
For items under 50,000 yen, shipping and handling fees will be charged.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.
✴︎4. Product Warranty, Repair and Cleaning
All products and custom-designed items come with a TOWAERU warranty and certificate of authenticity.
Repairs are guaranteed for one year, and cleaning services are provided anytime.
Any accidental damage to the stone or jewelry will be repaired with a fee.
For diamond grading, all pink diamonds come with a certificate of authenticity from a Gemological Institute. [Japan Gemological Institute, GIA, etc.]
For colored diamonds, a certificate issued by TOWAERU will be attached. A certificate of authenticity can be provided upon request and for an additional fee. [Official Gemological Institute].
✴︎5. Return and Refund Policy
If the finished item of custom-designed jewelry is deemed to differ from the design, a return and full refund are available.
